Please note that if you have also made a payment to us which is for us to use on your behalf to purchase something from a third party, we will only refund the amount involved for that payment, if we have not already incurred an obligation to someone else to make the payment. An example of this situation is where you have used the LawOnline system to search a certificate of title, and have paid the money to us so that we can order the search. If we have ordered it before you ask us for a refund, we will not refund the payment that you made for the search.
