Wherever possible, the service or document is delivered directly to your Web Browser, together with a file (in Adobe Acrobat format) which will enable you to print the document in its correct form on your own printer. In some cases, because of special paper sizes or formats being required (usually by a government agency) documents will be sent to you by post. Wherever necessary, you will also be provided with instructions on how to sign, store, register or whatever else it is necessary to do with the document.
