ABOUT MARK SMITH AND LAWONLINE
Mark Smith LL.B, MBA (Hons) is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and holds a current practising certificate. He was admitted to the Bar in New Mark Smith Zealand in 1975 and has practised as a commercial lawyer since then, in both New Zealand and Australia. Mark was admitted to the Bar in Victoria in 1976 and has worked as a solicitor in law firms in both New Zealand and Australia.

LawOnline was formed to provide documents and advice. It is difficult to provide effective negotiation assistance or to act as an advocate for anyone on the internet and LawOnline does not do so. Anyone requiring those services should either contact their own Lawyer or may access those services throughout New Zealand and Australia by contacting Mark Smith. Mark will refer enquirers to an appropriate professional. To do so, simply click on the "Contact Mark Smith by email" link.

Enquiries are welcomed from other legal professionals and from anyone who thinks that a business linkage may be appropriate.
